If you complete the generic contact form on our website, we will collect the following information:

If you wish to download our media pack, we will also collect some information regarding you and your business. This helps us to establish the type of business requesting the media pack and allows our team to follow up with a call or email to discuss advertising in our magazines.

• Your address and post code (business or personal, depending on which you enter)
• The name and nature of your business
• Any other personal information the user wishes to provide in the free type boxes.
Your information will then be added to our database and if you wish to advertise with us, we will retain your information. If, however you do not wish to advertise with us or we cannot get in touch with you using the information provided, we will remove your information from our systems 12 months after receiving the initial enquiry.
We also have the option for you to apply for a distributor role at ng magazines and if you complete the form on the ‘Distribution’ page, we will collect the following information.
• Your name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Your address and postcode (business or personal, depending on which you enter)
• The areas you would like to distribute our magazines.
• If you are under the age of 16 years, we require details of a parent of guardian. If you complete this information, we will collect their name and telephone number so we can contact them regarding your information.
Your information will then be added to our distributors database and if you wish to distribute our magazines for us, we will retain your information. If, however you do not wish to become an ng magazines distributer or we cannot get in touch with you using the information provided, we will remove your information from our systems 12 months after receiving the initial enquiry.
We will never sell your data to any third parties.
Competitions
We run several competitions in our magazines and also feature these on our website, so you can easily enter them. Each competition contains a form and we collect the following information from you should you wish to enter.
• The answer to the competition question
• Your name
• Email address
• Telephone number
We collect this information from you so we can count your entry and contact you should you be the lucky winner.
We will also feature your information in the magazine should you be the lucky winner.
We will retain your competition entry information for up to 3 months after the competition deadline, at which point it will be deleted from our systems.
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
